Orders will be processed in the order the are received and always, as quickly as possible! Timeline is estimated and can change without notice. Estimation is based off your order size and our current order volume. Changes to your design/order will effect the completion date.

Approval of a digital proof is required before we proceed to producing your order.

• 1 - 3 est. business days to receive a digital proof to confirm

• 5-7 est. business days production time (small laser cut items)

• 7 - 10 est. business days production time (large laser cut signs)

• 2 - 6 est. business days shipping time

• International delivery: 10 - 14 est. business days shipping time

Rush services available for an additional fee. Please contact us via phone if you do not see the right service for you. If you have a custom order request that falls sooner than our estimated production time that requires expediting-- please call us instead of emailing to expedite the submission of your order. We may not get to / see your email in time!

Pick Up Orders

• We will email you a link to schedule a contactless pick up appointment as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
• Pick up times are Monday - Friday 10am-2pm; by appointment only.

For Pre Made items (products that do not require any customization): 

Once the order is placed, all pre designed items will ship within 2 - 3 business days. 

• Standing Shipping Time: 2 - 5 business days

Yes! For an additional fee, we offer options to expedite production and/or shipping.

You may choose to expedite production only or expedite production and shipping.

Most products listed have a built in Rush option within the listing. See exact product for available rush option. 

You'll choose the production time in the listing then select expedited shipping at check out if needed.

If you need your order sooner than what is offered, please contact us via phone and we can advise if a faster rush option can be created for you.

A digital proof is a computer generated file that will be rendered for you based off the exact customization requested on your order.

Once you have placed a custom order with us, the digital proof will be sent via email (following our current estimated production timeline) for your review and approval.

Approval is required before we will proceed to producing your custom items.

Can I receive more than 1 proof/design?

Your order includes 1 complimentary proof per item in the style selected + 1 minor adjustment.

* Minor adjustments include but not limited to:

• Changing the casing (on laser cut items)
• Changing the engraving template
• Changing engraving formatting
• Font changes are considered a major revision that requires our design team to create a new design from scratch. Additional fees will apply for font changes.

To see multiple proofs or compare multiple fonts styles, we are happy to provide additional proofs for an additional design fee of $5 per proof. Please add the linked item below to your cart in addition to the items being purchased.

Please note: Fonts are computer generating and we cannot manipulate how certain letters appear.

We gladly welcome custom artwork if it meets a few specific file requirements.

We'll ask to review the design first to ensure that it is a project we can take on and that it is compatible with our procedures.

Please contact us with the proposed design in the requested format or what you have and we'll let you know if it can be done!

Specifications for custom graphic engraving & laser cutting (must meet all 3 for the best quality):

• Plain Black & Plain White (no grey scales or additional colors).
• Expanded Vector Format (Adobe Illustrator File).
• Original artwork file type: ai 

*An additional fee may apply depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Note: Any pixelation/ blurriness shown in the provided artwork will reflect onto the final product. Any thin lines may not show at all (if engraving) or will be very fragile (if laser cutting). By submitting a personal design you are agreeing to the quality as provided.

If you have your logo in the specific file format, please email it to us directly at design@happilyeveretched.com for review.

If you are unable to provide your artwork in the specified format, send what you have and we may be able to convert the file for an additional one-time fee.

Our recommended size for a single name to be hung in a nursery or as a backdrop for a dessert station is either the 36" size or 42" size depending on the length of the name and the overall look you're going for!

Please keep in mind, overall sizing is dependent on the number of characters in the name. A longer name like "Elizabeth" will have smaller letters in comparison to "Chloe" when they are scaled to a 36" width. 

All signs are designed to fit within a specific width and height to keep the scale and pricing consistent no matter the length of the name. 

* Sign will be scaled to the largest width or height (for the listed size), whichever is met first.

The “best” size can vary depending on what you want it to say, overall size, and material!

Consider:

How large is the wall/space where you will be hanging it?

How much of the wall do I want the sign to occupy?  Half? A quarter?

We may suggest a smaller size if the space is smaller and a larger size if the wall is larger. Knowing an approximate measurement of the space where the sign will be used is very helpful for us to help suggest the best size.

Our pricing is based off overall size so knowing how you envision the sign to hang is helpful too! If you have multiple words, consider if you want the text to read across 1 line, 2 lines, or 3 lines on the backdrop.
